If there is something that worries mothers and parents, certain age of their sons and daughters, especially at the stage of puberty, arrival is how to talk to them openly about sexuality and explain the myths, risks and taboos that revolve around this topic.
How to dispense information and from what age is appropriate to do so? Sex education is needed at all stages of the life of the child and the girl child, including children and adolescents, and information must be permanent and progressively, as the child or girl has the capacity to assimilate.

Talk sex with sons and daughters, education information should be given according to the timing, without forcing the issue, and more as a natural and attached talk from father to son or mother to daughter. The conversation, before an interrogation or brooding, must be direct and clear, without anything to half measures.
Some parents tend to remain silent or avoid to talk openly to the silence of his sons and daughters or modesty, who soon prefer talk amongst their peers of the same age or search for it in other sources. How bring the subject, then?, where do I start? Trust and respect for each other is the first step.
Topics like relations partner, self-esteem, the deal between two people who want to, the arrival of the first love, risk of sexually transmitted diseases, characteristics and reactions of the body to one or more stimuli, masturbation, among others, are that need to be addressed depending on the age of the child, therefore sexuality not only through the interaction of the genitals, but by the entire surface of the body.
It is important that both parents and mothers as the community, educators, specialists in sexual and reproductive health, psychotherapists, among other instances of State's decision, fulfilled his role as educator, promoting and running various communication strategies aimed at adolescents to prevent more cases of early pregnancy, maternal mortality and morbidity, sexually transmitted diseases continue producing and dysfunctional couple relationships, to name a few.
